Dr. Adamson, originally from San Diego, received her Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from UCLA in 2007. After working as a zookeeper and wildlife educator for 2 years, she returned back to school to attain her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2013.

Upon graduation, Dr. Adamson completed a one-year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at VCA San Francisco Veterinary Specialists. She has worked as a veterinarian in San Francisco since then. Outside of work, Dr. Adamson enjoys hiking with her dog, snowboarding in Tahoe, traveling, and exploring the city with friends.
