We are proud to have a highly trained team of specialists, emergency doctors, and general practitioners who are all committed to practicing the highest standards of veterinary care.
Whether your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, complicated illness, or just needs routine vaccination, our team of veterinary professionals is here to work together for all of your pet’s needs.
Our philosophy is simple- be the clinic we want to bring our own pets to. We are here to listen, advise, and work together to make the best medical decisions possible for you and your pets.
We believe in clear, honest, and transparent communication as the foundation to build long lasting relationships with our clients and the community.
Our team of skilled veterinarians is here to keep your pet healthy with modern preventative medicine and treat ailments and chronic conditions when they arise. Our team can offer you and your pet the most advanced veterinary care, from general wellness and dental to surgical services.
SFAMC offers 24-hour emergency services Monday-Friday. Our team of emergency veterinarians treat emergent and urgent cases and cares for pets requiring complex hospital care. We also provide 24-hour post-operative monitoring after a surgical procedure, so your pet is always in the best hands.
We know how difficult access to veterinary care is. That is why we provide convenient same-day urgent care services for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. If you feel your pet has a minor illness or injury that can wait until tomorrow, making an appointment for same-day or next-day urgent care may be the best option for your pet.
SFAMC has some of the country's most renowned and skilled board-certified veterinary specialists. Like in human health, board certification means that a professional has received many years of advanced training in a specific area of health care. Your primary care doctor may refer you and your pet to one of the specialty services.
SFAMC is proud to serve the San Francisco community and its pets. From complex specialty cases to primary and emergency care, we are here for you and your pet. Take a tour of our state-of-the-art 25,000-square-foot facility located in the heart of San Francisco.
