Appointment Policy

We reserve your appointment time specifically for you and your pet. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please call us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. By providing us advanced notice of your cancellation, we can accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept cash, all major credit cards, cashier's checks, and money orders. Please note, payment is due in full at the time services are rendered.

For your convenience, we also accept Care Credit. You can apply directly at www.carecredit.com.

Pet Insurance

We partner with Trupanion to offer DirectPay, which allows us to submit predetermination requests and final invoices for payment on behalf of our clients. For other insurance providers, we will provide itemized invoices and medical records to assist you with reimbursement.
